I have only been here once but it was enough to leave a review. I don't remember the name of the staff member I spoke with but he was very helpful and knowledgeable about refining processes of cannabis products. They have live resin vapes which I appreciate as the other dispensary close to me hasn't had them in stock for months.

I really enjoy the dispensary in general and their deals. Im just writing this in hopes the management can figure out a better system for their line system. Multiple times I have had an online order and waited in the line only to have one or two people who walk in after me without pre-orders get helped ahead of me. It defeats the purpose of us saving time and you saving time as well with the whole online process. The associates are very helpful but if this keeps happening Ill probably source elsewhere. Thanks

The Forest is my favorite Utah dispensary! Convenient hours and great product selection. All of the employees have been so friendly and helpful. They really take their time to make sure your questions are answered. Today I watched a customer take their frustrations from having a bad day out on an employee. Despite this customer being rude and yelling, Trace kept his cool and was kind and professional. Shout out to you Trace for being a good human!

I have gone to this dispensary several times since they moved to town. I've had the pleasure of having a nice lady named Heidi help me on a few of those occasions. She is so knowledgeable, respectful, and kind in all of her dealings with me. She has helped me and my sister so many times with things we need in the store. I feel she is def and asset to the store and I look forward to seeing her there when I go. There is plenty of choices in the Valley (Block, Wholesome up north, Dragonfly, and Beehive, and Curaleaf just over the Point) but I choose The Forest when I'm in the area just because of their staff, especially Heidi.

I bought a cart one day ago. It burst in my pocket. No drop no hard objects that would have bumped it. No exchange No meeting customer half way. $60 set a fire just like that. Employees are helpful informed and pleasant. The Boss made zero effort to make nice. I liked this new site. He gives two shits. I can’t do business with this kind of disrespect.
