Please bring the chairs back. It doesn’t feel welcoming when I come in. It’s all confusing with the lines. Sometimes I come in and wait a while and I do not want to stand for 15 mins. Please bring them back. Also- 5 star for both Hannahs! They are amazing! Great customer service! I do have to say I do love the new hours though

Update: I was reached out to about this experience and was listened to and able to voice my concern which I appreciate. I know now that There is new management and they are still trying to train, and get into the groove of things, which I understand. They have been working on getting into a better “order ahead/drive through” system and just working out the kinks. Although the experience was still super frustrating, I appreciate the follow up and willingness to hear me out and I am totally willing to give them another try. First off I want to apologize to the young lady that helped me out. She was kind even though I was very upset. But come on! I put an order in at 11 to be ready at 2 so I could pick it up while I was in the area. Waiting 20 minutes in drive through only to be told the order wasn’t ready and I needed to go in. It was for 3 items. I put the order in 3 hours before! So I went in only to walk up to the express lane and was told very rudely by the pharmacist they didn’t have an express lane and then acted shocked when I pointed out the sign that said “express lane”. 15 minutes later after watching multiple people order and walk out, it was my turn. When I explained I was a little upset because I order ahead online for a reason I was told I need to give them time to fill my order before I come in. I told her I made the order three hours before and already waited in the drive through. She the changed her answer to it was because my cards not on file? When I said it should be and it’s concerning it’s not she changed her answer again to the fact they are busy… which sure yeah you’re busy but there are ten of you guys and three employees were literally standing behind the counter laughing with eachother. Even then I took into accountability that they might be busy because it’s the weekend and that’s why I put my order in 3 hours ahead of time! AND waited in the drive through and then came inside! And not to mention when I came in the order still had not been filled! The worst part? I was so flustered I didn’t even realize before leaving that I was missing one of my items! Save your time and just go to bloq in south Jordan! It’s a little farther but honestly still faster than waiting here. And their costumer service is SO much better. Cura leaf should honestly ask them for some management training.

I started to worry about whether I would receive my order today. I was eventually told no, that delivery could not occur, and that the next possible delivery would be Monday. I expressed that this was very disappointing and unfair given the circumstances, and I ended the call. I later called ba to only to seek clarification. During that second call, I was told that pharmacy staff refused to speak with me because I had allegedly been “cussing and yelling.” This accusation is false. I did not use profanity or raise my voice. My husband was present during the calls, my phone records conversations, and another representative later commented that my tone was calm. I was not given any opportunity to address or defend against this accusation and was ultimately told I would not be allowed to purchase from that location at all—based on behavior that did not occur. There is no way to contact the store directly; all calls route through a call center, and delivery is handled by a third-party service. This entire situation could have been resolved with communication and transparency. Being falsely accused of inappropriate conduct and denied service after confirming my card was valid is deeply concerning. I have call recordings, screenshots, and witnesses that support my account

Amazing staff!!!! Hannah’s energy is so uplifting and happy to help, seeing her always makes my day! She plays the best music and keeps the vibes high ;) Jason always has a smile on his face and is a pleasure to work with! Everyone here is so friendly, the service and quality are the best!!!!

Raegan was very polite, friendly and thoughtful while completing my order. All of the staff had a great attitude and upbeat vibe about them! Price is far better than what I'd experienced closer to home. Great music was playing, no wait and my order was ready before I arrived. Definitely will be going here from now on, they price and experience is worth going out of the way.
