Love this place! Staff is amazing and I love their selection of products! I was nervous getting my med card for my awful cronic pain but they reassured me and helped me through the process and I couldnt be more grateful. I highly recommend this place to get your card from and shop at!

Thanksgiving 2025 Genuinely confused this place is normally good but unfortunately I will have to process a return my Oz had 1/4 oz of shake and sugar leafs… good thing I had my trimers… wild I haven’t seen weed like this served since 2015. Great throw back to an easier time, but definitely embarrassing I got served this… (Update) Just tried reporting the problem, looks like they updated their policies on the 15th to make it a less user friendly… Would love to have an agent reach out to me, you have my information. I’ve tried reaching out and there’s a loop that doesn’t allow help… see the video Edited, Dec 1 2025 They processed my request, I may have been upset but they tried to fix it when they got back in contact with me. I would go 4 start but trying to serve me trash never gets 4 stars

I’ve been a loyal customer here for quite some time and have spent thousands of dollars because I’ve always appreciated their service and selection, even though I live closer to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience I feel is worth mentioning so others can avoid the same issue. I purchased a 2-gram vape device for over $100. I used it only a few times before realizing it wasn’t working properly. When I brought it back, two pharmacy agents told me this particular device and strain had been known to have issues and that others had already returned defective units. So, it was a known issue. However, since I was just outside the 14-day return window, I wasn’t eligible for a replacement or refund. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but it seems reasonable that known defective products should be handled differently. My experience doesn’t change all the good interactions I’ve had here, but I do want to advise others: make sure to test your products thoroughly within the return window, just in case you end up with a faulty device. Edit: Thank you so much for processing my refund!!! I’m genuinely impressed by how this company handled the situation — it’s a testament to your integrity and commitment to doing right by your customers. I can confidently say this is a stand-up business, and I highly encourage anyone who hasn’t yet to check them out! They have the best selections and prices around!
