Samantha and Dylan were extremely helpful and knowledgeable; both of them were kind and walked me through everything they offer. By far the best and most in depth place I've been too in DFW. Products are fantastic too.
Samantha helped me today and was so educated and passionate about the products, it made the process of choosing SO easy! they have a beautiful system in which they write out your “cannatherapy guide” so they send you home with written step by step info for using your new products. So happy I found this place, I will be back!!
Before coming to Zar, I had to put a lot of trust in multiple different companies and what they say about their product is true. I went to countless other stores, only to get met with silence as an answer to my questions. Most of the time, I would walk out with something that I didn't really want, that would last me maybe 2 days. Zar definitely raises the bar as far as customer service and quality product and I know that I can trust every single product I walk out of there with. Product from here is clean and I always feel safe about my choices. Buying from here has definitely made a positive impact on my consumption, plus I love that they offer consulting to make sure you are getting the right product for you. No matter which location you go to, you'll end up walking out with what you want, a great conversation and a new go to store.
