Left my review on another location about the 5g jars being covered with the product. Owner said to call, I called left my number and never heard back. Hoping when I go back to re up the product isn't leaking out getting water 😔

I’ve been going to King Pin in San Antonio since they first opened, so this isn’t coming from a random one-time customer. I’ve watched them expand, open other locations, and cycle through staff — most of the employees know me by name at this point. What I don’t understand (and honestly find uncomfortable) is the extreme ID policy. You get asked for ID immediately when you walk in, every single time, even by the same people who have checked you dozens of times before. I recently lost my ID and was told if I don’t show my ID she would refuse service this was said by an older lady employee who knows I am definitely of age, despite me being a regular since before she worked there. It felt cold, impersonal, and frankly weird. Plenty of other age-restricted businesses use common sense with clearly adult regulars they know well, but here there’s zero flexibility. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, it makes you feel like a stranger in a place you’ve supported from day one. Really disappointing experience from a shop I used to enjoy.

Made a stop before driving back to the valley. Had a great experience from being informed on what they had on shelves and what was trending. From quantity to quality you have it all. Quick and smooth transaction. Truly recommend

Love this place my first time coming here and I'm so happy I found this place so much to choose from and they sell 1/2 to an ounce herb. There prices are great. Got three different strains it's awesome. They sell 1/2 ounces 14 grams for like 45 dollars not bad. Would definitely recommend to people and prices are bomb. They were very nice assisting me and great atmosphere. Lot of people lined up for best stuff on earth.Size of herb are pretty big too. I'm happy with my purchase definitely coming back.

Love this place switch here from another they take cards and cash which is convenient to not have to go get cash back. They are super friendly every time I come in they are very helpful if you have no idea what to get. They have it all flower vapes and edibles. Super lit up not dingy and it smoke free.
