Should have read the most recent reviews about their delivery service. I'm a mom of two under two in postpartum. I smoke in place of having to be prescribed medication and it helps me function like a "normal" person throughout my day. I thought this was a trusted company and I took screenshots of when I placed my order, the shop app, and their open and closed times. They proceeded to tell me they would deliver the following morning. If I had of known that I never would have placed my order and would have went else where. Their communication is terrible and their phone number doesn't even work...and then to tell me that I placed my order after closing was the cherry on top; basically calling me a liar. I will continue my business with Highway San Antonio Cannabis Delivery. EDIT(it's funny that you mentioned it because the same email stated that was a "bad email" is the same email used FOR shopify. How would I of had the screenshot and be able to see my steady "waiting" status? The saftey of your drivers was never the issue; the issue was me placing my order WELL before close and now being lied on; communication via text was also not an issue *if it hadn't of been thirty minutes before you guys close) if anybody wants screenshots for proof reach out. They have great flower (I wouldn't know) all I know is their delivery service/communication was poor.

I was skeptical at first but loved the idea of not having to drive around with bud and having the luxury of getting some smoke delivered so I tried it and followed all the instructions I like that they have a Shopify app that tells me what’s going on we waited and received a couple emails and then Janie reached out to confirm our order and gave us an ETA and received some text from the Driver and it went smooth the drivers nice kept us informed the Ganja good smoke tried the Super Boof. I’ll be continuing to use their services we likey!

Poor service and inconsistent communication. I paid for same-day delivery and was told I ordered too late, which I understood and accepted. I was then explicitly told it would be delivered today, only to receive conflicting updates and later learn the item was unavailable. I communicated clearly and followed up politely, but the experience felt disorganized and unreliable. Better communication and order management are needed.

Wonderful all around experience! This is one you definitely shouldn’t judge a book by its cover! You’d never know it from the outside that this wonderful, inviting, unique environment would be behind the door! I have never experienced any sort of dispensary like this, and I would go out of my way to return. The staff went out of their way to make sure my experience was a very pleasant one. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The aroma of different cannabis strains adds to the overall experience. The concept of a one-stop shop is considered genius, and the team behind it is highly respected. The amount of time and effort put into creating this place is acknowledged. It is seen as an incredible place to unwind and escape from the daily grind, I thoroughly enjoyed their time there.
