This place is awesome, but theres a new-ish rep that is condescending. I should only have pleasant experiences here. There is absolutely no reason for me to be upset at this store! I have found another merchant. They actually have a customer that expressed the SAME complaint & decided to stay with their merchant bc the rep had no product knowledge & was dismissive.

Dom was the best budtender I’ve ever met. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She gave me recommendations about which products would be best for my back pain. She deserves a big raise!!!

I think the girl's name is Dom that helped me.... So knowledgeable....I have come in before when I started getting sick after my treatments.....I tried flower products first which were great but hard to smoke in my downtown studio and I can't go outside now cuz it's just too hot and the skeeters get me.... so she suggested the syrup which is easier to take..... Going to give it a try.....I love that it comes with its own little spoon too.... LOL Super glad for the help.......she is a lovely girl. I'll be back.

Funny story, so my wife and I are at Hilmy Cellars in the Hill Country on Sunday and ran into a couple. The husband owns this store chain and well some other stuff out west. We talked for over an hour and he educated me on the current scene in TX, not what it was when I looked into it like 3 years ago, they’ve figured out some loop hole stuff with the 2018 Ag bill. I was doing some photography of the art pillars under I35 and it’s hot, too hot for February so I wanted a beer at Growler Exchange, lo and behold Gras is right next door! Met Dey (pronounced D) who was very helpful and seemed a SME to me. While I was in the store there was this guy, bit of a character, who was absolute expert who does Ag consulting and legislative lobbying type work who schooled me on the growing side of the business. I might be calling the owner to open a new location with him! Lol we will see…one can dream!
