Hella pricey and they'll acknowledge it but otherwise give great customer service. I don't mind paying more for product provided I get treated like a human being.

Went here because my last store stopped selling any delta products. The selection here is awesome but of the two people I’ve met, both were very cold and unenthusiastic. I can’t really blame them since I don’t think anyone wants to work retail, but at my previous store they would remember your name and make conversation when it was slow and overall act warm and welcoming, so it’s always unfortunate when you’re nice to someone and they look at you like you’re trying to scam them, or they act puzzled and uncomfortable when you ask for a recommendation. Feels like the same atmosphere as a gas station at 2 AM. If you can get past that, though, the store is huge with a wide variety of products and no line, it’s just a shame that the customer service is lacking. It could feel like a cozy friendly place but it feels like an annoying place where they want you to buy your product and leave immediately. I walked out and said “stay warm and have a good day” and both employees just sat there in silence.
