BEST OF THE BEST! I went in today around noon and had such a great experience. I didn’t catch the associate’s name, but I told him exactly what I was looking for and he absolutely nailed it. His recommendations were spot on, and the customer service was excellent — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I really appreciated how well he listened.
I've been a customer of this place for about two years. I've been living in Midland TX for a year and a half, and everything has been excellent from day one. A week ago, they sent me a package, and for some reason, I don't know how it got lost, but Mauricio helped me find it. So, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. The quality of their products is so good, I recommend this place 1,000%.

You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and wants them to leave happy. Definitely one of the best salespeople I’ve come across at a dispensary. Ask for Daniel — he’ll take great care of you!
I used to really like the place. However once the assistant lady is there it makes the visit awkward and unfriendly. She has little to no knowledge of products and even less customer service. I know the product sells itself, but a simple "Hello" instead of just staring at you while you walk in, or some ability to answer any questions about the products can go a long way with more sales or customer retention.
