There is one black skinny dude with big glasses that is bringing this place down. His attitude is horrible…I believe he’s there in the evenings but each time I go he’s either baked out of his mind or his customer service skills suck. Yall need a new guy because if you didn’t have other great employees I would never come here.
Byrce always make sure that he is delivering top notch hospitality and consideration when handling each guest that walks thru the doors. Everytime I’m here, which is almost every other day, I’m greeted with the same energy and appreciation as the last. Shout out to Matt for having a solid crew that gets it. Salute
