I've down graded this review to an overly generous 3. The ownership may have changed, but the employees, and products certainly have. I'm shopping elsewhere now. What's not to like? Legal weed. There is a good selection of product. I have purchased buds, spiked lemonade, and edibles. Prices are reasonable and the sales people are knowledgeable about all their offerings.
Top quality service, the lowest bottom of the barrel product at this location is still miles ahead of anything from the tippity top "quality" provided by any competition. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated, they have regular deals and events that help make it less of a shop and more of an environment and experience. Seriously if you are looking for a cheaper, kinder, more knowledgeable, higher quality place to go to: this is your #1 option. The location is a bit of a shame because unless your told about it, it can be hard to find on your own, but it has it's upsides allowing a more cozy hidden away feel.
I had an incredible experience ordering from this company! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. The owner/representative answered my call right away and was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. When my original package got delayed in transit, she immediately took action and sent out a replacement without hesitation. I haven’t tried the product yet, but if it’s anything like the level of service I received, I know it’ll be fantastic. Truly outstanding professionalism—highly recommended!
