The Zen Club Humble

Came in looking for Baby Jeeterz. The associate stated that they didn’t have any, but they had Sluggerz, which is pretty much the same thing, but better. I asked if it was covered in diamonds, and he said yes. He made suggestions, and helped me choose out different flavors. He mentioned that with this brand, you can actually taste the name of the flavor in the actual flower, and not just the flower itself. He said it tastes really fruity to be exact… I was skeptical and hesitant, because every place I’ve been to that claims to have Baby Jeeterz, has sold me fake products, or suggested something completely trash in place of it. He then proceeded to tell me that if I ended up not liking it, I could bring it back for a refund. I’ve never heard of a dispensary offering refunds or exchanges… Anyhow, when I got home and opened the product, it DID NOT smell like the flavor of the rolls listed on the packaging. It almost had no smell, or a subtle smell of a cigarette. There WERE NO diamonds on the outside of the pre-rolls. I was automatically upset, because why would you hype this up??? These employees should be connoisseurs, but he must’ve never smoked a day in his life if he thought this product was better than Baby Jeeterz, or even good at all. I decided to light it up, and give it a try, just in case looks were deceiving. I BECAME EVEN MORE UPSET! It tasted exactly like a Black-N-Mild, no flower whatsoever. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I do not recommend others to visit as well. P.S. Someone told me that the original “The Zen Club” stated that someone is conducting business under their name, but is not affiliated with them. The Humble location MUST be who they’re referring too, because I’ve been going to the other 2 locations for a couple of years now, and I’ve never had any issues. Consistently great products every time… Also, the sales guy signed me up for their loyalty program stating that all of their locations uses different systems, so their loyalty accounts aren’t connected, but I’ve earned and redeemed my points at both of the other 2 locations without any issues… 🤔🤔🤔 STAY AWAY.

The Zen Club Humble is my go to for cannabis! They have a great variety of products, the customer service is great and if you’re traveling from out of town they are conveniently located near Bush Airport.

Visited last night with my sisters and the service was A1 . Great products love the atmosphere. First visit and it was great most definitely going back.

Love them but you have to call before you go. They’re not always there. Tried going on breaks or while running errands and have wasted time and gas. But they have great product, just call
