Sunday 8th march 5:45pm my wife went to buy a preroll, as simple as that the lady treated her with a SUPER RUDE. I usually buy in the 290 and I-10 location and service is exceptional, but this is not the 1st time that happens in this location. Definitely not coming back, the lady attending this location is rude and disrespectful every time. And i’ve been buying since 2023. Management should take care of this because here they are losing already a customer. Again I’ve been in different locations and the service it’s always good except this one.
SUNDAY MARCH 8TH 2026 Very disappointing experience today because of the employee who was working. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a very bad attitude from the start. She did not even allow me to properly choose the flavor I wanted. After she handed me the preroll, I immediately told her it was not the flavor I asked for and that I wanted a different one. Her response was simply “we do not do exchanges,” even though I had not left the store and the product was still completely sealed and unopened. Instead of fixing a simple mistake that happened before I even walked out of the store, she refused to help and insisted on leaving me with a product I never asked for after already charging my card. That is not how customer service should work. Her attitude was very unprofessional and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Management should really look into how customers are being treated, because this kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the business. I will not come back to this location, I prefer to go and drive further than interact with this lady again.
I have been to many locations and this one is by far my absolute favorite! The customer service is amazing and so helpful!! Love love love!!!
Beautiful ambiance in the store, great product for what you pay for fast in & out every time. Ms.Lisa was very informative & a pleasure assisting. Will definitely return & recommend.
There is quite a few other locations. Go there. This location has an employee who is literally the opposite of inviting. Been there 3 times and thought maybe having a bad day but thats not it. Bud is good but other locations are much better. I will no longer support this spot and will drive another 15 minutes to the one on shepherd. Terrible service.
