Stopped in and had a solid experience. Crystal took care of me and knew exactly what she was talking about. Everything was smooth from start to finish.
Crystal was incredible. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. The store was clean and well organized, and the customer service was top tier. I’ll definitely be back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at The Club Houston, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Crystal, one of the best budtenders I’ve ever met. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Crystal took the time to explain different strains, effects, and options without rushing me. She really listened to my preferences and made thoughtful recommendations that were absolutely on point. It’s clear she knows her products inside and out, and she made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Customer service like that makes all the difference. Because of Crystal, my visit to The Club Houston was top-tier, and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you stop by, ask for Crystal — you won’t be disappointed!
Cute at first but WAY OVER PRICED 50 for an 8th and 92 for two pre rolls that run so bad even. we asked her before we bought them if they run and she lied. There was a super cute “stop the clock” on 4:20 game that they do in order to get your entire purchase free… the rules are you have to spend over 150 for just TWO chances, you have to make your purchase first, you have to either follow them on IG or post a google review right there in front of them, then you get the chance to “stop the clock”. We went in an asked for another roll after we saw how crushed ours was and she said all sales are final. I get it but I find it ridiculous and not good for their business at all when they basically make you leave positive reviews but can’t fix their mistakes. We tried to light the other one that wasn’t as crushed in the parking lot and when we asked her for a match for quick light she refused and said we needed to buy a lighter. The 1/4 bit of bud we did get from our preroll was very nice but I think this place is just does very shady business. Definitely not coming back UPDATE: In response to the reply given by this place. I would first like to begin by reiterating that you yourself have said “to have investigated into the issue” I assume that means by word of mouth or by cameras which were placed throughout the small area and was even given an alert that we are being recorded. That being said, yes we were told the cashier would “attempt” to contact management but she advised us it would be counterproductive since management “takes forever to answer their phone anyways..” was her exact words. Now the part of me saying “I’ll just unwrapped it into a bowl” was beyond misinterpreted. When we were first shown the preroll selection we made sure to ask her TWICE if she’s had any problems with tunneling to which she replied “umm…I’m not really sure…I haven’t heard anything about it”. To which my reply was “I just want to double check before we purchase this since I know most sales are final. I’m just tired of buying prerolls that tunnel and I’m forced to unwrap it into a bowl.” Keep in mind this whole conversation was BEFORE we had purchased anything because I DID NOT WANT TO BUY A ROLL THAT TUNNELS. After which we bought them, came back in to show her the crushed rolls we were given and that we found it odd as she had just told us and reiterated to us this wouldn’t be the case! So we went back outside once more just to test it and show her in person but realized we lost our lighter. When we went back in we asked for matches and were told we’d need to purchase one instead (money grab) to which my reply was “perfect” in a very tired tone after already having been lied to about the rolls. And yes I will say there was absolutely NO HOSTILITY because I and my partner are not ones to handle situations like that and prefer for people to just have a good sense of being an unshady business….though in light of this I see that perhaps that being passive is not the way to handle being lied to, overcharged, ignored, and now minimized in my overall experience? As for the invitation to come back to have this “corrected” we tried right then and there 3 times and now, given your history, I am unsure whether to find any genuine truth in your words and cannot help but see this as a way to save face and possible get us back in to spend even more money for unusable products.
