I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at the store. I first had a question on whether they had a product on stock. Someone answered! I have learned that most of these types of stores do not even answer their phone, let alone have a live person answer. After purchasing the product, I had an issue and received outstanding customer service. For people who remember what it is like to reach a live person or have individualized customer service, you will understand how important this aspect of business is when you have customers. I will definitely try out the store again!
