I really like this company & the products they offer. I've ordered twice already & really enjoy their products. My only concern is the customer service when i ordered a 2nd time. The first time I ordered, it was with a woman named Jackie & she was PHENOMENAL in regards to explaining how their delivery works, repeating the order back to me & keeping me up to date in regards to my delivery, etc. But the second time I ordered ? Well.. not so much enjoyable. Yesterday I got a call from a private number (odd.) So I didn't answer & then received a text that flor medica was trying to get in contact with me. When I called the number that texted me, I introduced myself & one of the employees just said "yeah I'm ready when you are for your info" (payment info). Understandable. However, there was no introduction, no repeat of my order, didn't tell me my full total with taxes, nothing. Just him ready to take down my payment info. And then after I paid, he informed me that my order will arrive around 3:30pm & didn't confirm whether that was going to be okay with me. I placed my order at 11:20am & set my delivery for 12pm-2pm. Driver contacted me at 3:12pm to inform me that he was heading my way & that it'll be 30 mins ETA. I received my order at 4:25pm. Now, I'm not asking for top notch customer service everytime I order. But it would be nice if my order can be repeated back to me (hey this is flor medica, i see you ordered blah, just wanted to confirm.), how much my full total is with taxes/tip if included & whether or not if its okay that my order will be delivered outside of the window time I originally placed it for, before purchasing.

This is my favorite dispensary in town. The vibes are unmatched. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcome. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge is the perfect place to post up with your folks for a sesh. Definitely make a stop.🤘

The concept of this place is really cool. However, I’m not sure if I was given a placebo strain or they’re really selling CBD flower and labeling it as thca. My first visit at this location was this past Sunday as soon as they opened up. The staff was very informative and gave me a tour around the entire building. What really sold me was the inside lounge in the back. It reminded me of Vegas’ Planet 13 “Dazed” lounge but smaller and cozier. Although it was not open at the time, I would like to come back and give that part another chance. Now onto the flower variety. I’ve ventured into many of the “feaux” dispensaries in the area over the past few months. The issue I have with thca flower is the fact that it smells funny after it lit and the taste is a bit strange. Oftentimes the buzz is very short lived as well. But what’s strange about the strains at this location is the fact it smells and tastes spot on. But there is ZERO buzz whatsoever. Like nothing. I felt as if I got punk’d placebo flower. There’s no way possible the reviews on this page are real customers who purchased the flower from this location. I spent $72 on flower and edibles. Even if I have a high tolerance, the bud should at least give an official effect after trying several strains. The 25 mg “house” edibles were extremely weak. After waiting 2 hours for the effects to appear, I was left scratching my head. I really want to give this place a chance, I really do. But something is extremely off with the flower you guys sell. Yes it may be “premium” by way of smell and taste, but there’s literally effects after consuming.

Jackie and the crew are always ready to educate clients and have extensive knowledge on products. Go in. Take a peek. They have more than meets the eye. They also have different events and pop up shops. So go over. Take a looksee! Cheers!

I had just gotten out of an extended stay in the hospital and needed some "herbal remedies." Demi delivered to my spot efficiently. I respect 🙏🏻 how communitive he was and willing to give the best service and experience I have seen/ had with any other establishment. He's definitely a cool "down to earth" dude who takes pride in his work. It was definitely a purchase well worth the price. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 10/10 would recommend 🌟 * Any negative reviews are just from the type of people who like to watch the world burn* Absolutely NOTHING wrong with this establishment.
