I usually buy from F.o.d dispensary. Didnt feel like driving all the way to the west of town so i arrived here. Not alot of selection. Shelves where empty. An employee was on her phone not really intrested in showing me what little they did have. So guess im driving to the west 😆

Absolutely love the service here!! Every time i go in they are always really nice and very helpful with any questions you have. My favorite os a toe between the prerolls and the fruity pebble mushroom chocolate. Definitely my go to place!!

Not the greatest experience, im from out of state where weed is legal and so this place was my only option. Got a banger from here, came to the car and realized it was the wrong size for my banger. I go in not even a minute after coming from my car and they tell me I have to buy a whole new one instead of switching out the sizes. also staff were not helpful! didn’t know anything about the products they were selling when asking questions about the products. Staff were just crowding, standing around when needing help. this place is a joke

This spot is pretty amazing Alondra was incredibly helpful and patient with all of my questions. She was very informative with some of the specials and deals of the great selections. Definitely going to be a regular customer!

A Loyal Customer, but No Loyalty in Return After being a regular customer of Nuggies Cannabis for over a year and spending more than $1,200 in the last 13 months, I expected at least a baseline level of respect and customer service. Instead, I was met with rigid policies that disregard customer satisfaction. Today, I purchased a vape pen and followed their protocol to test it before leaving the store. However, shortly after, the device completely failed—wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t work at all. When I called back to request a refund (something most smoke shops honor if the purchase was made the same day), I was flatly denied. No willingness to make it right, no acknowledgment of their responsibility to sell functioning products, just a dismissive response. Gabriel ( “person” with long nails) was of course cool when i was there.. but soured when i called . I’ve walked back into several smoke shops when a vape pen doesn’t work the same day I purchased it and they always give me a replacement. Since I’m leaving this review, I may as well share some other experiences. All of their flowers is grown indoor and they use a lot of pesticides and chemicals because they are lazy . You can taste it. Also, none of it is high-quality . If it got me high I wouldn’t complain, but their weed is at best … mediocre overpriced garbage. For a shop that prides itself on customer loyalty, their customer service policy makes it clear they value transactions more than the people making them. If reliability and customer care matter to you, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere.
