Texas Original | North Austin

Today was my second time stopping by, and this time I was there to pick up my 1st ever prescription since I was approved into CURT. From the get go I was very impressed how welcoming the environment here was. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I already have placed another order for pick up in the next few days. Also, I was told they will be carrying a type of vape soon. Looking forward to it ! I ordered online after being recommended by the physician and checking out the menu. The whole process was easy.

Too expensive and getting even more expensive. I’d rather buy my medications off of someone in one of these other stores that is just delta 8/9 because I can’t afford Texas Original’s prices. They have the audacity to ask for 40 bucks for 10 Gummies.! so for a month supply of medication, it will be a minimum of $120 and that’s just taking one a day. This company has some type of alter ego and they think that they monopolized the industry. They just bought an opened up a bigger facility in Bastrop so guess what? Your prices are gonna go back up. All of these companies are ripping us off. I hope they get shut down because they don’t help the people they just want money. They can’t explain their products. And they are entirely way too expensive. They keep bragging about these inhalation devices like if they’re gonna be some breakthrough lol they think nobody’s had an inhalation device before? And it’s not going to be flowers, it’s going to be oils. What a joke. I guess I have to go back to prescription medication’s because this is just too expensive. Do better tx original. I will go to goodblend or I will go to someone else if I have to, but their prices are just as expensive because they’re trying to compete. Shame on you for using people who are sick to profit. I also checked their website for how it is to work there and they have a 2.9 rating so I’m pretty sure they’re hiring people to leave good reviews for this company because there’s no way this company has four stars. Everyone I know that goes to Texas Original complaints about their high prices and low quality. They act like there’s some high-tech chemists in growing lol. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years and the prices consistently keep going up. They don’t offer any discounts, their point system is a joke. Don’t go to this company, give your money to the local Juan. I’m not too happy about the other nine licenses, but I will definitely go to their business and send my friends there and give it a try and hopefully put Texas Original out of business.

Such a wonderful staff! Friendly, informative and just all around good people. I was on so much medication for pain, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia and mood stabilizers that I was loosing myself. With the help of my Dr. and Texas Original I have begun a path to a better life. Thank you Texas Original team!!

Poor service and this second visit is what prompted me to let everyone know. Total waist my time After driving in two hours for nothing! Save your time and your money and shop elsewhere because it’s always excuses at this location. Little suspicious at 9 AM Debit cards and tap to pay don’t work.

Most helpful staff members!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and supportive. I placed my first order with the north Austin store and they had it ready as promised the next day. Excellent customer service! Great products for all ailments. Thankful I found a great place to assist me and make me feel better. Highly recommend the products I posted pictures of for sleep, bone pain, and muscle pain and spasms.
