Very poor service.
They have a points based rewards system. The system sent me a notification that my points would expire in a week so I went to use them. Their system wouldn't let me use the points. Then when I asked for a refund (because I was already charged) because the only reason I came was to use my points the owner said they don't issue refunds and claimed the points don't expire despite me showing their worker the text saying that they do. Just go to any other of the dozens of stores in Austin. There are too many options in the city to deal with this.
The weed has a toxic aftertaste and gave me a headache. Go to any other weed store for better weed with better prices.
