Claire was extremely knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience comfortable and easy!
The employees here are super nice and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. It’s a welcoming environment that I always want to come back to. They got the good stuff! 🌱🍃
So I really want to put 5 stars because of the hospitality and live that Rashad shows when I'm here. But there is a woman who works there by the name of Claire. I asked if she had something specific and she told me that she does but didn't want to help me out and told me to go to another shop down the road. She's very rude and inattentive and always on her phone. Honestly she seems like she could care less about customers or the job. I used to come frequently but haven't been here since December. Kinda sucks cause this was our GO-TO SPOT everyday.
Just moved to Texas from Los Angeles and luckily this store and a few other stores are located very close to me. I like Green Haus because they have quality products that are packaged from the growers whom prioritize preserving the potency and freshness of their products. The decor and other items displayed for sale inside are great too but what does it for me is the quality of the flower, the customer service and their knowledge in what they're selling. Rashad was very helpful and informative. They have good deals and top quality products. I highly (wink, wink) recommend this store. 👍🏼👍🏼
This guy has great products but his hospitality and knowledge base is what makes this spot my go to. Sure it's clean, organized, well decorated, and has a great selection but his helpful approach is the icing on this cute little cupcake of a shop.
