Me and my boyfriend came here last week and unfortunately wasn’t able to get one of his items but was able to get his refund. Very professional.
Had an issue on New Year's Eve with a purchase (sativa hashhole) not vending. New Years Day, I was given a full refund and jon even followed up with me, after fixing some programming issue, later that same day to lmk that the problem had been resolved and so, I went back to the GREENBOX ON MENCHACA and had a pleasant hassle-free experience. Paid two separate times and the machine did not work either time. Disappointing.
Good product at decent prices, with premium convenience. I liked that products are chilled. Not sure if there's a way to buy more than one thing at once but it's not a bad process otherwise. Would be nice to see some vape options that aren't just disposable like standalone cartridges, to reduce waste of batteries.
I've been going to this spot for months, usually really well stocked and super convenient. Lately though the flower has been completely empty just a day or two after it gets restocked. I don't know if it just got busier or if someone is buying it out but it has been a bummer. Not the businesses fault though just something to be mindful of.
