I don’t know why some of the negative reviews. I did have a problem with ordering online like I kept having to sign in but whatever I finally got it right. Also you can just call to place an order: The payment app is weird. I will figure it out one day but I assume the people that actually work at the shop have nothing to do with that. So I don’t find fault there. Just bring cash. Maybe some people haven’t dealt with a chill vibe place but that was what I got from it. The person that helped me out was just super laid back and nice. Especially when I’m a spaz in public due to chemotherapy and lack of socialization skills since my diagnosis (I am home unless going to chemo or doctors appointments). I have tried 2 of the products so far gummies. They are great! I got a tincture but I am working the courage to try. My oncologists office palliative care doctor recommended this place to me and I will definitely be coming back.

For the ones with low stars, I am very surprised for their experience. I have had nothing but excellent and friendly customer service on every visit. I would like to see calorie count on packages, and notifications on discount or event customer appreciation day, and heads up on closed or closing early days!!! I stumbled on a delicious BBQ plate and other goodies Saturday, picking up an order, so, notification text is best.

Great in theory, but I just spent over 2 1/2 hours because the app and the website don’t work you get stuck in a continuous loop of signing in picking all your items going to check out signing in again trying to check out again then you go to the app and it does the same thing. Sometimes the activity shows that I have an order set to deliver tomorrow, but it hasn’t have any information at all other than that and it doesn’t confirm whether or not my CURT is confirmed. I guess i have to call and go In person to find out if i wasted all that time and will have to add wasting a trip to south Austin from across the city if the order really didn’t go through. It also asks for the address over and over again even though it’s on my account that continuously signs itself out and no matter how many times I reset the password it says it’s invalid and I have to sign in through google verification and then back to step one again with the address question..
