Delta 8 THC Austin

Made an order online. They never shipped and never refunded me. Owner and staff refused to help. Owner responded to this review saying I was fraudulent (sounds like he is projecting), but I finally received my refund for products not delivered from OCTOBER of 2025 days after leaving this review. (So a full 3 months later). I left this review on my new account because he never responded to my last one or any emails I sent. I’m not sure what the owner’s problem is, but he is at the very least far too aggressive and manipulative with customers. I recommend avoiding this place like the plague. There are so many better places to go all over Texas.

Alex and Aidan at Delta 8 Austin are the best at their jobs! They Were extremely helpful answering all of my husband questions. Great staff will be returning. And their security Ethan was phenomenal. He stood his ground and he watched the store like a hawk. Best staff running hands down!

Excellent selection with great low prices you won't find where else in the Austin/Cedar Park area. The staff is very helpful and informative. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars was because the staffs consistently ask if I need help even after I say "no but thank you I'll let you know". I get tremors from my anxiety and when the staff does that although it's polite I also need some space and time. There's a lot to consider when purchasing these products (prices, milligrams, quality, quantity). Overall the store and it's products 4 stars/Customer service 3 stars

I’m blown away 🤯 Just moved into the neighborhood after previously living in East Austin for the last year. Pretty basic stuff on that side and fairly cheap in quality. This place is so unbelievably pro it’s wild. I’ve only been here twice, admittedly, but both times I walked in and was greeted by every single dude in that place. Each of them with a sincere smile and so genuine in their tone. That’s just the service side of things. The products are unbelievable, and such a diverse array. I have not been disappointed with any of the things I’ve purchased. I’m gonna be in this neighborhood for at least another 17 months and I’m sure these guys will know my name soon. I cannot recommend this place more if I tried.

One of the better head shops I've visited in Austin TX. They have my favorite products from all three categories of legal substances I use plus the nicotine vapor brands I use like SMOK, VooPoo, Caliburn etc. They carry all the brands I like for other stuff like Pure Ohms 7OH, Road Trip Desert Stardust gummies and Hixotic magic mushies gummies and all the hemp derived cannabinoids like THCP HHCP THC-JD THC-B and THCA flower. And the shop is clean which is nice. Definitely worth the time. If those products fit your fancy, you can do a lot worse!
