I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this establishment. The treatment my family and I received was nothing short of rude, unprofessional, and outright racist. We visited two days in a row hoping our first experience was just a bad day — unfortunately, it wasn’t. Both times, the greeting was cold and dismissive, unlike how other customers were treated. The manager, in particular, was incredibly rude and condescending, showing no respect or basic courtesy. Asking for ID is completely fine, but it’s not what you say — it’s how you say it, and the tone used toward us was unnecessary and offensive. If you’re Black, I strongly urge you not to support this business. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with respect and professionalism. This establishment is neither convenient nor worth your money. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money where you’re actually valued. I came back to ADD to my review because of the response, review footage everyone I was with including myself were above 30 years old including MY MOTHER that the establishment was rude to.EVERYONE DID have valid ID I for one had to go back to retrieve mine from my wallet from the car. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE WAS HORRIBLE BOTH DAYS and I after I realized why we were experiencing poor professionalism from you the “MANAGER” I made my entire family leave, the diversity in Austin is already low so to be treated like that was unacceptable.

I’m a big nerd about flower quality and terps, so i don’t just walk into any shop and smoke what they got. That being said, ATX Organics isn’t just any shop. They’ve been serving high quality medicinal bud and concentrates for years and i’ve never been let down by their product. Even their pre-rolls are fire! Reasonable prices too, and their management team is super professional and knowledgeable. What else is there to say? This place rules. 10/10

I don't feel compelled to leave reviews often, but this is seriously some of, if not THE finest flower I've had in Austin to date. Beautiful selection of rare & beloved strains, welcoming/knowledgeable staff, and great/chill vibe all around. I've been a handful of times and definitely consider myself a regular at this point. Please support these folks in their efforts to bring high quality, fairly priced, ORGANIC hemp and vegan products to Austin! I'm so very grateful y'all exist!
