I’ve been a regular customer here with no issues until my most recent visit on 12/7/2025. The manager asked for my ID, which wasn’t a problem — but when I calmly asked why (since no other employee has ever required it before), her attitude immediately changed. She became rude and refused to sell to me altogether. I wasn’t disrespectful, intoxicated, or violating any policy. I was simply asking a question. Being denied service for that reason felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ve reached out to the owner directly and hope this is addressed so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.

Product is FIRE! Customer service was FIRE! Chill vibes and best prices in town!! Isaiah was the best super knowledgeable and made me feel at home!

Culture Canna in Madison is such a great spot. The store is always spotless, organized, and decorated in a way that makes it feel really welcoming as soon as you walk in. They have a huge selection and even fun activities and areas to enjoy, which I didn’t know about until my first visit. It definitely makes the whole experience even better. Leslie was absolutely amazing tonight. Even though we came in late and kept asking for help, she stayed patient, upbeat, and incredibly knowledgeable the whole time. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and her positive attitude never changed. Every time I’ve been to Culture Canna, I’ve had great service with no issues, but tonight was so exceptional because of Leslie that I had to leave a review. Definitely recommend.

Won't be back here didn't even have a chance to look around, I checked my phone (8:33pm) checked the door (9:00pm), I had just picked up a sub from Jersey Mikes and didn't even know this place was there and was excited. My luck changed as soon as I opened the door, their were two employees when I walked in, but one retreated to the back immediately when I walked in, the young lady behind the counter looked very upset that I walked in and rolled her eyes, I was not welcomed or felt welcomed, I saw a big menu and products and candy, but much to my dismay, knowing the woman was upset when I came in I immediately asked her what I was looking for ,she neither said yes or no and referred me to the menu, somehow I felt embarrassed for bothering this woman, I could not have felt more unwelcome and will not return. If you want to close at 8, close at 8 if you want to close at 9 close at 9, but don't put a sign on the door saying your open if you have no interest in making a sale or helping a a patron looking for a high priced item.There is a hundred of these places in town and I guarantee on my Mother's soul this will be a H&R Block or T-Mobile within the year. Stear clear of this place, unless your gonna hit their timing sweet spot whatever time that is, probably not when they open or lunch time or closing or break time....phew..

I popped in without really knowing if I wanted to go in, but let me tell you, that dab bar was amazing! The budtender was super knowledgeable and hooked me up with all the best products. They definitely made me a fan for life. Thanks so much for the great experience!
