They have most of the same staff as they did when they were elemental but I believe the service and everything else was better when it was elemental the only reason it still got five stars is because they kept the current staff if it wasn't for the lady that works there I wouldn't go to the shop anymore cuz I am not a fan of the new owners

My husband and I had stopped in here while we were on a mini vacation, and on our way up to Mount Rushmore. We purchased 2 Delta8 disposables (which are pretty cool lbh), and we had sort of mentioned we didn’t think Delta8 flower would be worth buying. One co-worker had offered a pre-roll just to let us try. Another co-worker had noticed I was looking at their cbd for pets. She asked if we had pets, I said yes, and she handed me their cbd hard chews for dogs! (5chews). What she didn’t know is I’m always on the look out for cbd treats for our blue pit who has occasional little seizures. Our overall first experience there was simply awesome and made a great first impression. Would 100% recommend.

Elemental is honestly one of the finest shops I've found when it comes to dealing with their clientele. The shop owner was very relaxed and understanding. I explained that I had no experience with the products; and he heard me out and was able to make suggestions for products he would recommend to someone with my experience. No upsales or just pointing at a product and saying have at it. He explained with sincerity the pros and cons of products and what can be useful in one regard to another. The owner and his wife seem to be a delightful couple and adds the the relaxed air of the shop. Well organized with great display. All else I could say at this point would be, Thanks.

Lovely store with a very clean atmosphere, lots of different products and choice's. The staff is very helpful and patient when asked lots of questions, able to answer questions about the products and what is in them.
