Good quality products. Expensive but has good sale prices. Whenever you can catch them. First time doing delivery today and what a breeze. Fast and easy to order. You can checkout easily right from your bank! My delivery driver Bill was so friendly. He actually called to deliver early. Top notch customer service from Bill! I will definitely do Delivery again.

I’ve been coming to Rise for a while, and the experience i had today was quite unpleasant. I placed a curbside order for pickup. I had been waiting for a spot to open for awhile but nothing was moving, and so I figured I’d go inside and ask if it were possible to pick it up inside. If this was not possible, i had no problem waiting longer for a curbside spot because that’s what i originally placed the order under. I was just curious. The girl at the front desk is wonderful and friendly, she said it would be no problem to change it to pick up and said i was all set. I waited in the pick up line, and went to the an older gentleman with a beard and hat at the register to pay. I was nothing but polite, and didn’t not emphasize i was in a rush or anything of the sort. He did not ask me any question about my order, aside from what i was getting. I was waiting a few minutes, i did not think anything of it because i did not know. He came back to the register and said something along the lines of “If it’s a curbside order it’d be a lot faster if you let me know” (rudely). I tried to explain that the girl at the front told me i was all set, and wasn’t aware i had to tell him that. He cut me off and said “Well, that doesn’t help me”. I was visibly caught off guard at the response, and he then tried to say “i just didn’t want you to wait longer”. If that was the case, i don’t understand the need to speak to me in that manner to begin with. I work with the public too, i understand, but there was no need for it. I am someone with severe anxiety, and i don’t write reviews, really ever, but this made me uncomfortable. I usually have a very friendly experience here, but now am reluctant to do anymore orders in the future just to avoid something like this again.

Really good prices for high-quality items. The staff was friendly and the salesman on the floor wasn’t pushy. Although the guy at the front door had an attitude, seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I bought the Snozzzeberry edibles and it came to $24 with tax (10ct w/ 10mg per gummy). Works perfectly, chills me out and relieve some of my pain.
