Great products at competitive prices (check the website for specials) but what truly makes this place great is the staff! Consistently some of the best customer service you’ll ever get. I walk out smiling every time I visit because from what I can tell, every employee is treated well and happy to be there.

Definitely recommend! Carol and Rick was knowledgeable and genuine. The minute I walked in I was treated like family even though it was my first time ever going there. I got some real high-quality products that I was looking for and I will definitely recommend this to everyone I know.

i have never been treated as well as i was this evening at newport canna. the med and rec lines actually mean something at this dispensary, places like rise will often have me waiting just as long as rec customers but as soon as i stepped into the queue the budtender politely told the rec customers med patients have to be prioritized. the guys at the door were also super awesome and helpful. i also got a free pre roll which i saw some other reviews criticizing their pre rolls- every pre roll ive ever had from anywhere is packed too tightly and ground to sand, just roll your own. i wont be buying any pre rolls but this free one i got was pretty alright. their prices and selection are stellar. they also deliver and the budtender told me it would be $10 for them to deliver all the way to my home in washington county, absolute bargain. i just about paid that in tolls going over the newport bridge. he said delivery is free over $150. i will be coming back!

So far so good. Staff is awesome and products have been on point. I have yet to feel like I've made a bad purchase. Don't want to over hype them yet but def better so far than current condition of a different spot in Exeter. Def better value for your money. Would def reccomend! EDIT---Tried to get delivery twice and both times had to cancel my orders due to internal issues with their card machines.

I've shopped before and after the new owner, and the prices are so much better now. Good bud, and the edibles are great. I will say the free pre rolls you get for large purchases are quite bad. It's very hard to get good airflow, and when I opened up a fresh one it seemed quite moist. I've been getting a much better high from just using the weed from them for a bowl. Beyond that, the staff are great and the vibes are chill.
