Kristen was our bud tender , she was extremely professional! The store setup is beautiful! She made us feel so welcomed and had great hospitality for our first time in! I would recommend this dispensary to anyone 10/10. Can’t wait to come back! I’m from nyc and I don’t get this treatment at the dispensaries here ! Oh yes and the flower she recommended was superb! I pulled up to the establishment and parked in the handicap spot. Upon approaching the door, the security guard said hello how are you? I replied. I’m good. How are you? He then proceeded to ask me if I have a handicap placard because I parked in the handicap spot. He asked me this as I was showing the woman at the desk, my ID as well as my medical marijuana card. Once he asked me that I first said yes, then I said why don’t you just walk down and check if you’re that concerned. He said well people park there all the time. I said well I wouldn’t have without a placard. So again if you wanted to know, if I had a placard, you could’ve just walked down there and checked. I then asked him to leave me alone and do his job. He proceeded to tell me I don’t have to have an attitude. He stated this twice. I ignored him and walked away . I went to my medical marijuana line to place my order, because I was very bothered. I walked out of the establishment and went to Slater dispensary. This was my third time at This establishment (and last) the other Two times went smooth. The employees were very helpful. I was in and out and didn’t have to deal with any security Trying to do a police officers job.

I had a family situation pop up and had ordered delivery earlier in the day. I wasn’t sure if I’d be home in time or what would happen if I wasn’t. Jonathan C was extremely helpful coordinating if I needed to be one of the last stops and checking in around delivery time if I would be home. In the end I made it back in time and did not have to change anything but I really appreciated his effort and great customer service.

Great spot. So clean. Really secure. (They check your ID like four times) Large parking lot but it seems like most people tend to use the drive through. Our cashier was Casey. Funny guy. We liked him. Good personality for a place like this. The guy at the front gate was super helpful as well to us too - just the guy who lets cars in at the front. They did not have the (very CBD forward) item I was looking for, but they found me something that tastes better lol
