Trulieve Wilkes-Barre Dispensary

Always a pleasant experience at this store. Appreciate the focus on customer service and support. Especially awesome tonight was Chris, friendly and answered my questions. Apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience but honestly I didn't mind at all as he was taking the time to answer questions and explain products to a new patient. This is the kind of customer support and service that keeps me coming back and referring this Trulieve store to family and friends 🧡

So I normally really like your store, staff, and products but for the last 3 purchases all the dry flower I purchased ( ..which is what I always order) was VERY dry...crumbled to dust! Crap! Unacceptable. ..And, because of that all that dry flower has lost weight due to it losing moisture ..sitting in some heated room in a drawer or wherever so we are getting less product continuously for the money we are paying and have to return to the store more often or buy more upfront while the upper management continues to take in MASSIVE Profits. So ,let's do what's morally and ethically correct and devise a strategy whereby All dry flower product s are sealed w a moisture pack( as some are) and /or. ..in the least are kept in a " cold room";or chilled drawer kept @ 45° f... Thank you.

Amazing staff the pink hair woman was the most knowledgeable so far but she was the only person I spoke to that day highly recommended place

I absolutely love coming to this dispensary! Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Haley took care of me my last trip and took her time explaining different products and their benefits to me. I left feeling great because I saved more money then I was expecting but also left feeling knowledged! See you again soon!

I have been coming to Trulieve in Wilkes-Barre for the last 6 months or so, after having only gone to another dispensary for the last 3 years. I am so happy to have such a conveniently located store that also consistently has what I'm looking for in stock, great prices, a great rewards program and super friendly people! I very rarely go anywhere else now, I know they see my name on my card, but I feel like they actually remember me every time I come in! A+ customer service and product knowledge! I could go on and on, very happy to have them so close to home!
