Great atmosphere! Love the vibe they always play dope music. I usually place orders online they are ready very quickly, I usually pick up less than a hour after placing my order. Great products! Nice point system, I love a good discount!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The Manager Lindsey is EXCELLENT!!!

Wait times are insane. Edit: No it wasn't. The problem was 2 open registers. MMJ freeway was running fine. If there were any problems that day it was earlier in the day. The computers weren't slow or anything. The problem was two employees operating registers and also having to go to the back to retrieve the orders. 🙄

If the system went down there should be a way to tell is when we order.. Not everyone lives close by.. not use the wait times are great.. if you're gonna change some rules, I didn't think children should be allowed in there.. On really busy days I've had to stand while parents have 2 or 3 kids in there.. you didn't see people bringing their kids to any other pharmacy.. get a lovesitter.. but I love the employee

I could go on about how helpful and polite everyone was, but that alone doesn’t do this place justice. It was my first time visiting a medical dispensary, and I’ll admit I was a bit anxious going in. The gentleman at the door immediately put me at ease—down to earth, friendly, and easy to talk to. Once inside, I was greeted by a kind woman who gave me a full rundown of the dispensary, explaining terpenes, product types, and strains that could help with my specific needs. She even took a moment to thank me for my service and made sure my veteran status was noted so I could receive the 20% discount. (Most offer 10%, but that extra 10% makes a big difference.) The budtenders were equally impressive—knowledgeable, genuine, and clearly passionate about what they do. Some might call that good customer service, but I’d call it true love for the craft, which is rare these days. My biggest concern going in was that a dispensary might feel uncomfortable or unprofessional. You know the stereotype—dim lights, that stale smoke smell, and disengaged staff. But Maitri couldn’t be further from that image. The space felt bright, modern, and genuinely focused on healing and wellness. I’m not what you’d call a frequent user—I rarely indulge. My goal in becoming a patient was simply to explore new avenues of wellness that I hadn’t been able to access before. Maitri made me feel completely at home in doing so. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
