Beyond Hello Dispensary is hands-down one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection. What really stood out was the customer service. Jenna who helped me, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the differences between products, and made recommendations that were spot-on. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Jenn is truly a phenomenal employee! She always livens up the place and makes you feel at home. If she isn’t helping you find a great deal then she’s giving feedback and updates on new sales and products. I have another beyond hello a little closer to me but I make the drive to this one because of JENN 🫶🏽 she truly does go above and beyond. She really makes that Beyond Hello location what it is!
Very personable and friendly environment. Staff is great and welcoming. Jenna and Jen are among 2 of the staff members that have helped me so much since I first started visiting.
