Can you please get some better product in like your other dispensaries.. I like your location the best for me but your product line in poo can you guy reup on the orals and concentrates.please. thank you

I have been a patient of the MMJ program for almost 3 years and have been a regular at every medical dispensary in Center City and can safely say that this particular Trulieve is the *WORST* dispensary in all of Philly. Every time I come here, thinking they deserve another chance to be polite and kind, their rudeness, impatience, and general disregard for other humans is increasingly more evident. The employees lack basic communication and interpersonal skills, are frequently curt with patients, and generally speak down to patients in a way i’ve never experienced at another dispensary. It really is like we’ve inconvenienced them for asking them to do their job. Seriously, I hope Trulieve corporate sends a District Manager to thoroughly review the interpersonal skills of each and every employee at this location — because I assure you, they are *SEVERELY* lacking. To me, this is the dispensary you go to when you HAVE to, not when you WANT to, because I, for one, want to be treated like a human being and a cannabis patient rather than feeling like I’m burdening someone for coming in to their place of employment. Additionally, their new online ordering system is SO HORRIBLE that **it’s not even worth it to order online. The online ordering update has been a major driving factor in my decision to shop at non-Trulieve dispensaries.** Overall, I’m betting this location has a manager who is either inept or just plain apathetic because if it were me, I would ensure that my employees know how to talk to people and be friendly; but hey, to each their own.

Their online site has been unusable for close to 3 months now. It will not let you sort or filter anything. How could a big company let something so simple as having a functioning website go undressed for so long. I have brought it up in store several times and have been told "we're working on it." Any time I have to order in person it takes twice as long. Nowadays its much easier to just go somewhere else.

I've enjoyed the products, but the overall atmosphere at this location is unprofessional and deeply unwelcoming. The condescending and rude behavior of several white staff members, especially compared to the friendly and professional People of Color on the team, creates an uncomfortable experience. The discrimination I witnessed tonight was disgusting. Until management addresses the toxic culture and attitudes at this specific store, I'll be taking my business to a friendlier, more inclusive dispensary like Beyond Hello. This place is too white, no thanks.
