Sunnyside Medical Cannabis Dispensary Philadelphia - City Ave

Much to my chagrin I am leaving a not good review which is new to me because I've had such Pleasant experiences and interaction with this particular dispensary for the better part of 4 years now. Perhaps it is the New Age of nonverbal communication but typically when you walk in and greet someone with hello and good day a simple responses hello. Now to speak to my experience when I went to The Dispensary yesterday to pick up my order went in the back and greeted the person behind the mask in a pleasant tone wishing them hello and good day well the person lady behind the counter did not even acknowledge me speaking to them in a pleasant way until I said okay then no good day as she just simply said can I see your ID when I place my ID on the counter with a much-deserved attitude I think it registered in her brain finally that she was being rude and inconsiderate and could have just simply said hello and good day to you as well. Due to the fact that this place is called Sunnyside I was expecting a more bright experience I don't think your job is so taxing that you're unable to formulate a sentence saying hello and good day. So with that being said the Asian lady with the skull cap that wears the mask I would not even want her to take $1 from me I work hard to earn my money and the last thing I need to do is come into a place where I'm spending my money to get an attitude from someone who I can't even tell what they look like.

Rachell has assisted me several times in the past couple months at Sunny Side. I am so impressed with her professionalism, and easy going persona. Her positive energy combined with her knowledge of products makes her recommendations spot on. Always refreshing to have continuous trustworthy recommendations. New to this and Molly is always a big help. All together this location is amazing. They are all always so cordial. The checkout clerk I almost always have is great. Always answering any questions but cant remember her name.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this dispensary and the amazing service they provide. Every time I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and super chill. The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and patient — they really take their time to make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for.

I heard your ads on TuneIn, so I placed my order (with the dispensary on City Ave., Philadelphia, PA) using the coupon code from the ad. However, the assistant manager, Janelle, said it should be a valid code because the order portal accepted it, but she was provided with zero information from corporate on how the coupon was to be handled. She was kind enough to give me $15 off my order (>$150). It seems that AT LEAST one person isn't doing their job; so corporate spends money on advertising but apparently isn't competent to fully implement the ad campaign, thus leaving customers and managers hanging in limbo. 5☆ for the dispensary service, 0☆ for corporate competence.
