Customer Reviews
Elsi and team are very professional, kind, and educated. The team is very experienced with medical patients and is More ADA accessible then other CC locations. It is closely located to various outpatient facilities for convenient access. If you are a medical patient in center city this location is excellent!
I basically like it here but it takes a long time to get your online order. I don't want to stand there forever making small talk. If I place the order before I arrive, I think it should be ready when I get there. Also, no one there seems to know anything about the products. I was sold butter and told it was edible but it wasn't. No one can tell me about the various troches and the last person who waited on me said they were all the same but wouldn't say why. Overall, I like it but it could be faster.
Meredith my girl!!! 💪🏾💪🏾Elsi and Milan this 5 star is for all of you being so GREAT to me on my lunch breaks. Truly best customer service out of all the dispensaries near by!!!!
Steph was extremely helpful, answered every question I had, and helped me find the product I needed. She also helped me understand the breakdown of components of the products and what component helps target which symptom. All the other staff I interacted with were super friendly too. I love the interior of this store too. It feels like very nice pharmacy and not a shady back alley market or hookah store.
Kyle is wonderful!! So kind, so professional, always has a smile. He creates a space for a patient to feel themselves. I appreciate him; he is an asset to the industry!!! Milan and Marieka provide the best customer service. They are friendly, easy to discuss the products with, and very informative! I'm grateful and rely on Sunnyside for all my needs! The staff and the team always deliver!!
