BEYOND / HELLO Philadelphia (University City) Cannabis Dispensary

So I really didnt want to make this review because I normally have no issues with the store but this kinda threw me for a loop: Bought Cresco Rso the day pryor. When opened it was missing 100mg from the 1,000mg total, product was in the rivets of the end cap, and it was leaking product. I return today to ask for a product return and swap. The lady helping me did her best but the manager didnt lend much help with inputting the return. She completes the return and gives me a replacement. I asked if I can open it there to be sure im getting exactly what I paid for and she instructs me to do so outside, I open it outside their front door and this one is also missing product. I walk back in and ask for help cause the main issue isnt being solved here. She goes to the back to talk to her manager and comes back out to tell me she cant issue a return for this because its not leaking and this could be a simple air bubble. I point out the fact the stopper is well below 1ml mark at .860ml so this isnt an air bubble issue this is a defective product. I am told to contact Cresco. Here's my issue with this whole interaction: 1. The problem was never truly solved. I understand bubbles can occur but this wasnt the case, there is .14ml missing. 2. What about the next customer who buys the same product? Will they just sell them a defective product and tell them the same thing? I feel like more should be done to at least keep the consumers trust here cause now its pretty clear I cant trust that im getting what is advertised. Even if that's Cresco's fault this location should make an effort to correct it to keep their reputation as a reputable establishment. 3. To the manager please understand that this isnt just Cresco issue. If you're OK with a customer walking out with a defective product and you've been notified that this is a reoccurring issue that means this isnt just a Cresco issue its a beyond-hello issue too and Im honsetly not thrilled to spend my money here knowing that fact. 4. To the person who helped me do the return THANK YOU! You did all you could but hosntly I feel like your manager let you down and sent you out to tell me this wasnt a real issue and another return coudnt be made.

AMAZING customer service, great prices and great products! Always a very welcoming and clean atmosphere. Very helpful and understanding unlike other local dispensaries.

My favorite dispensary. It never takes too long to be seen. The inside is clean and safe (PA MMJ card required for entry) and I appreciate they have a bathroom for customers. The employees are helpful and courteous without being pushy. I've got some great deals from ordering ahead on their website too. It doesn't hurt that everyone who works there is smoking hot
