I had such a great experience! Dorian was the one who answered the phone when I first called to confirm it was a dispensary in my area, and he gave me every reason to come in! When I arrived, he was the friendly face that greeted me, got me signed up quickly, and made the whole process easy. Once I went to the back, I had the pleasure of working with Jason and Sam, who were absolutely phenomenal! They both took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful opinions and helpful advice. Being my first time there, they made me feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. I’m already really enjoying the products they recommended, and I truly appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable they were. I will definitely be returning and look forward to being a long-time customer!

This place is great! I've tried just about every local place before Insa opened, and I haven't gone anywhere but Insa after my first visit. The selection, environment and folks inside are the best. The whole staff is awesome, shout out to Dorion and Sam! Never been to a more welcoming dispensary.

I just discovered this little gem of a place right in my neighborhood! The website is easy to find and order what you need. If your not sure, talk to them when you arrive, they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to my next trip there!
