RISE Medical Marijuana Dispensary Monroeville

First of all, I almost always choose Rise for my medical needs--love the store and especially the employees!!! give them all a raise please! They are all so kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating! But if I had to ask for one thing to change in the immediate future, it would be to install blinds and/or that window film in the entryway. I usually come in the afternoon and evening and when the sun starts setting both myself AND the employees are blinded by the sun which makes it challenging to check in. I also would appreciate if the rewards system/account set-up didn't change so often, and I get frustrated with the website design at times. Other than that though, a wonderful place to do business! I reccommend it as the go-to provider in the area!

Savannah was incredibly helpful. Been here multiple times and she’s always so pleasant but especially today. Got stuck in the snow while she was on her lunch break and she came out and helped push. Forever grateful. please someone give this girl a RAISE!!!

I had a standout experience here thanks to an excellent team ! Mike, the pharmacist, went above and beyond his call of duty. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly educate me and give thoughtful recommendations. He made the whole process easy and was very easy to talk to. I also really enjoyed meeting Mara. She is an interesting person and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I was especially impressed by how much she prioritizes making sure patients get their medication while also being diligent about protecting their personal and financial information. She’s definitely someone who makes you want to come back. Ellen was also super cool and easy to chat with. I really appreciated her professional energy and her commitment to providing a great customer experience. This is easily one of the best-staffed locations I've visited !

GeRenia is one of the most polite and informative reps you guys have. I WILL be coming back for her GREAT customer service skills. She made me feel like part of you family!

My first time was last Friday and I will say it was great! Inside is really cool, staff is super friendly and the products are priced great! My vendor that day was Lukas and he was awesome helped me with everything answered all my questions being new! He was a 5 star employee!
