Every time I come here, there's an issue. I've been in and out of building probably six separate times for 1 visit. The container that the cartridge came in was a dud, and would not open. After coming in and out of the building, about three times I had to return it.And buy a second one. Same thing happened with that one I am beyond frustrated and wasted way too much time here
