The staff is really good there.
Always a great experience. Knowledgeable in everything they carry. From house juice, devices and disposables to little snacks and beverages that are sure to calm you down. This is the only place I’ve gone in the last few years! No pushy sales staff and very welcoming vibes.
Really incredible staff, so kind and helpful, and patient with people that are not quite sure what they might need or want. I don't go anywhere else. The best vape juice flavorings, and rigs. Knowledgeable about their products, and what's in their store. Top tier, truly.
UPDATE EDIT: The owner Paul was unaware this behavior had occurred and went above and beyond to correct the situation with no inconvenience to me and also made sure that this type of incident won’t happen again and employee was handled accordingly as he stated the actions were against company policy and handbook and the owner does not condone any ill behavior towards his customers and if anyone has an issue I urge you to contact him directly because he will happily remedy any problems you may have. This business does not run on bad customer service it is an isolated singular employee issue that has been since remedied. Check out their store and products because Paul stands by his company with great customer service.
I love this store! My bf loves their vaping options and flavor selections and I love their glass and all the smoking accessories they have. Prices on everything is really nice, too. The best part is the people who work there though, they're really nice and helpful and they make me smile.
