The employees are very professional and somehow personal at the same time.. Taken to decipher my babble and assist me while teaching me All the ins and outs.. I'll let them know what I would like.My medication to do for me and they make suggestions and explain to me what each and every one does with side effects and basically assist me in the confusing process of being able to leave with what will help me and not harm me.. It's always enjoyable, and I think i make them laugh more than they make me laugh.. It's always enjoyable.Make sure you tip the security guard at the front door on the way out.He really likes that.. He doesn't have a tip jar, but without him, you can't get inside.. It's fun watching the confusing.Look on his face when I do tip him.. And of course, the smile afterwards from him is always worth it

I wrote this review about checking the bags bc I got the wrong item by mistake but the manager called me back and was very nice he made everything right and was just overall very understanding and nice I feel like they were obviously just very busy and I also am to blame it’s just frustrating when things happen but I am very satisfied with how they handled everything . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer any questions you might have no matter how stupid it maybe. They offer suggestions when you don’t know what you want or need. I don’t go to any other dispensaries I’m happy with Restore Elkins Park. It feels like home.
My “local”. I’ve been coming here since I first got my card five years ago. Great, friendly staff always helpful. Shout out to Chukk The budtender, who usually helps me. Also to the manager Lyndsey eho usually works at the reception desk. Always a pleasure to see her, and she was extremely helpful to me once when I had to return the product. Always seem to have something in stock that I like and discounted as well. Also, I enjoy the Five dollar in rewards you get for every hundred you spend.
