Trulieve Camp Hill Dispensary

Worst dispensary in the state. Lied about the return policy because they didn't want to take the inventory hit even though it can be RMAd. States they take device returns and exchanges when defective. Inventory manager and store manager stayed hidden in the back. First and only time I'll ever go to Trulieve. Even puffco said you were an authorized dealer to do the exchange. Now I understand why Trulieve has a bad reputation.

This review is for the WEBSITE only. The staff is always fantastic. But its impossible for me to place online orders because they do not include information about terpenes in the products to let you know about the effects. I'm very sensitive to certain terpenes, so its extremely important for me. I would likely use this as my primary dispensary if it were easier to research and order in advance, but as it stands I'll head over to Rise when I need a restock. EDIT: looks like trulieve updated their website. Glad to have it as my primary stop again

I am a caregiver for a patient requiring medical mj. We have had some unfavorable experiences at other dispensaries, but my last two visits to Trulieve have been excellent. The staff are kind and wonderfully helpful and easy to interact with. There was no hostility or disrespect towards patients, caregivers, or between members of staff. The online ordering system is easy to use and pick-up orders are quick and simple. This facility is very clean and quiet, very comfortable all around. Staff out front are so kind and lovely, as are the members in the back handling orders. Parking can be tight, but that is no fault of the dispensary, just matter of fact due to the businesses around it. Prices are comparable to other dispensaries in the area, but this store seems to have a wider variety of stock, at least compared to Fluent. We will definitely be eyeing this location are our main pickup for my lovely patient, especially if they were to come with me.

This dispensary has earned my loyalty, and I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the employees. Although I have experienced only one issue over the past year, it was quickly addressed and resolved. Unfortunately, the recent website update has been a disaster, making it challenging to navigate and causing significant frustration. Were it not for the exceptional staff, I might consider switching to Rise. The website update is the sole reason for my one-star rating.

Long time patient, first visit to this dispensary. Enjoyed every bit of it. The whole floor area is clean, great displays, and extremely friendly staff. Everyone was great and was helpful when I had a selection question. Having worked in the business this was a great first impression, and will definitely be a returning customer.
