Everytime I come into this place I have an issue, promos not honored when they should be directly doesn’t list exclusion. Products wrongfully labeled as Hybrids when they really Sativas. Steven Manager has a terrible attitude, is unwilling to help customers and would not give me GM information. GM Information is located at every dispensary I been too; refuse to give it and tell Me to come back. Yea no I’ll never be back after today.
Rachel is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to what patients need. Her recommendations are thoughtful and really effective for targeting specific areas or concerns. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping others feel better. She’s hardworking, educated, and always professional. Highly recommend asking for Rachel when you visit!
I could not say enough positive things about this place! The atmosphere of the store is extremely calming yet also uplifting. I could go on about the staff for hours and how friendly and accommodating they all are and how they make you feel like family the first time you come in! They have constant incredible deals and extremely high quality stuff. 10 out of 10 recommend!
