IV always have had a great experience. I really appreciate the help y'all have been giving me since surgery. I try to crutch in but employees said if I can't make it in no problem to bring it out. I stopped 2/13 and Josh was kind enough to bring that out to me and on 2/14 meira brought my goods out for me.. that is something I truly appreciate. I normally will crutch in and try not to be that dude but the past 2 days has been rough and Josh and meira have killed it for me and ya don't understand how much I appreciate it.. all the people in there are the shit but these 2 take the cake.. much love and respect and appreciate...
The staff at this location are the most patient and personable in the area. That includes when comparing to the surrounding dispensaries. Every single time you go inside, you’re met with the best vibe. Every employee feels open and comfortable to be themselves, which in return makes your experience great every time. You don’t see that in a lot of work environments. I’m thankful I can go somewhere that shows the love to this community, that WE ALL as a community need to see.
I used to love this store even driving an hour just to come here. However I went last week and the guy who checked me out was absolutely rude . Honestly I dont care about the amazing deals they have I doubt I will go back because he really made me feel awful over a simple mistake. I even apologized which I definitely felt obligated to the way he was speaking down to me. So yeah how about instead of hiring "eccentric " people how about some kind, gentle, and caring people instead! The vibe in there is NOT welcoming.
Shout out to Josh, who is a huge help when I dont know what product will help my daughter and her illness. Always listens and takes time to explain! The extra conversations are a bonus! Josh, has a great personality, he and many other employee's at this location, is why I return to this store! But it wouldn't hurt to have a few more like Josh , either!! 🤣🤣 Thank you for being you!!
