Eric was beyond discrepectful ive experienced this so many times ive even brought it up to who I thought were the managment but it seems he still has yet to be kind an not a know it all. The team they have is horrible and I will let anyone I know who smokes weed not to go to any smooth roots. Do better Edit: Reply to owner. I have been in many times and the last time was when eric worked with another guy with glasses, he had rudely interrupted us, and told the guy to *go away he knows how to help me* I've tried calling to talk to the manager but you guys dont seem to be able to keep one. So after my 2 interactions an my other 2 friends saying they have had the same thing, its not real SMOOTH there. Lmao. Id rather go to mr nice guy then this place. There wouldnt be anything to make me go back unless you guys shut down.

Seriously love this place! Eric deserves the biggest thanks for all of his knowledge and know-how. I have never had someone actually help me and understand what it is im asking for, the way he did.
