Customer service was great the young lady that works there was awesome
The store is nice and certainly has a large selection but I'm frustrated by the lack of customer service. I went in this evening and was up front with the guy that I did not know what to buy or what strain was appropriate for me and he refused to help me pick anything out or explain the products further. He just slapped the menu down in front of me and wouldn't offer any guidance even though I asked him repeatedly that I needed help. The only "guidance" he would give was asking me how much I wanted to spend. After about 30 seconds of him shooting daggers at me while I fumbled over the menu, I ended up just picking something out at random because it was getting uncomfortable. Now that I've gotten home and googled what I bought I can tell it's not what I wanted, it's a high THC strain. I was polite and clearly out of my element. I'm not from somewhere where weed is legal and you actually have a selection. I don't understand why the guy had to be so rude to me. It's my belief that a store should be welcoming to all consumers regardless of their experience level.
5 stars for the worker named Don who helped me tremendously with selecting products i would enjoy! He didnt rush me at all and was very helpful and kind to me. i will be back specifically for Don’s service again!!

Fast and friendly customer service. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Out of all the nectar locations I’ve been the Tigard store is definitely my go to dispensary. Stop in sometime, you won’t be disappointed.
