Walked in and the music was unreasonably loud. Ok no biggie, they were jamming some Sean Paul, I can dig it. The I.D check window was unmanned and I wasn’t helped for a solid 6 minutes despite being one of only two customers in the place. Again, one budtender, I can make some sense of it. Bystander finally comes to the window and gives me a look up and down and “hey bud”. Already a bad vibe. I was let in and not given any sort of greeting, nor typical “be right with you” spiel. Bro ignored me for a solid few minutes before finally I walked over knowing already what I wanted and was hit with “what’s up buddy?” Ok man, you can drop the cool tough guy act. We are all on even playing field here. Annoyed by the cheap displays of dominance, I asked for harvest dates on a few particular pre rolls, to which the person working did pleasantly inform me of, I bought one pre roll, and left. I tried to be polite and courteous the entire interaction, but man, the dude working that night was just having a bad day, or didn’t like that I was better looking than him or something. Beats me. Will not be back. Bad vibes.

Great selection. Even better budtenders. Keisha was wonderful. Showed me multiple items and even had great recommendations to help with my indecisive-ness. Highly recommend

The flower and concentrates here are the best I've ever had, the flower and rosin are delightfully terpy! Let's not forget to mention the budtenders that works here, they're very well educated on the products they sell and shout out to Sterling! Always hooking it up with the best recommendations of the day!

As a forest gnome, I know my herbs but Oregrown is on a whole other level. The shop feels like a modern apothecary where humans and woodland folk alike can browse in peace. Everything is neatly displayed, and the vibes are calmer than a moss hammock at dawn. Sterling was exceptional. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I asked about things. He guided me to exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed…a true bud-wizard. If there were merit badges for customer service, I’d pin one to his cloak myself.
