Usually 5 star service says enough, but no bullshit,This place gets the seven of them!! This is my highest recommendation by far. And it would be impossible to beat it. Their prices are the cheapest, and their deals are the best. And their products are the most trustworthy. But that's only one of the reasons I always come here, the main reason is the people! Especially a special few, and this review goes to Tanner because he doesn't just do his job. He goes above and beyond to be kind to me every time I come in. He remembers my orders, the strains. I like he knows what I want to look at and helps me pick when I'm frantic and don't know. And he just got something fixed that I didn't think was fixable, because he just knew right off the bat, it was the wrong product. Tanner is a 7 star employee and a 7 star company not to mention they literally have the biggest and best variety of all, the products offered inside the store. I was so sad I didn't know about it sooner but now that I do I don't ever go anywhere else. And Tanner, you and only you know why?But today, of all days, thank you for saying hi at the ATM and making sure that I was taking care of right.You're one of the people that make the difference between five and seven!

Great customer service and always provides new knowledge about strains that help my pain and mom anxiety.. Plus migraines. They buckled down quickly which terps I like as well as provide a great price and experience during your visit. First time in Thur’s Smoke Shop today:) It was Amazing! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and amazing too. Even though I only spoken with one staff member Kai. They have great deals, the best in town actually.. the drive through crew is easy and efficient.. great products and great service. I'm pretty much a thurs only girl, and we have close to 20 dispensaries in my town. I had an unprecedented issue with my cartridge today, and they totally went above and beyond helping me.
