Klamath Falls Cannabis & Glass

I've been all over the state and no dispensary has treated me with such rudene and disrespectful behavior — when you try to sell me the same stuff at twice the price as other Klamath Falls dispensaries, and then argue until dude is red in the face... What is there to argue about? I made a flat statement about your overpriced charges and dudes gets all lippy and defensive over a statement of fact_ Just reinforces original assessment: KFCANNABIS is ripping its customers off

This store is one of the best in K Falls. Between the fresh products, the consistent varieties, and always having what I want ,or something new, on sale, this place is a Great place for everyone. And their stickers just hit different, especially the holiday themed ones! They are thoughtful in everything they produce and knowledgeable in what they sale. Its worth the drive from Chiloquin.

In my experience, people in the marijuana field are generally friendly :-) and nice! But not at KFC cannabis I’ve been in there three times each time I’ve had to deal with an extremely rude female. I hope the owner sees this and realizes the damage she’s doing to the store because I for one will never go back in there. I was treated like garbage and told I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m 55 years old. I’ve been smoking weed for 35 years. Don’t tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about regarding weed and what I like . This woman actually had the nerve to say I didn’t know the difference between Indica and sativa , really is that how you treat a customer ? bye-bye

This place can definitely remind one that some people should not be budtenders, some of the ladies are the most rude and unknowledgeable individuals in the entire industry. Not to mention whoever does their procurement likes to buy wet weed and sell it as top shelf. That being said, growers and middlemen shouldn't ever push wet, uncured weed to market, it highly unprofessional. This shop should post harvest dates on their little signs for the names and "info" for the cultivars being sold as "top shelf". And the rude chick with the nails working 10-30-25 @ 9 pm should be a bud tender if she is that unknowledgeable and irritated with her job... I won't be back.

We had a good time the first two times we visited. Then my boyfriend went. He tried to ask questions, because we liked their pens and flower. The woman who was supposed to be helping him was dismissive, rude, and then blew him off. Eventually she just left the counter and went in the back without a word and didn't come back out. We're boycotting them now. We've already found a different dispensary to use. One with friendly people who are actually helpful
