Extremely helpful and kind staff! I was a regular at Breeze before it transfered ownership to Substance, and I wouldn't consider any other dispo for my stops. 🙏 The staff are so nice, always complimenting my makeup and they remember what I buy regularly. Highly recommend.

I usually have no problems and love this store I have been coming in for years. I had an issue the last couple days buying the same cartridge, it wouldn't work. The first time I returned to everything was fine today I was met with a very unkind person who was trying to make the issue my fault like my battery was the issue i explained what had happened before and she was still not very nice . I have literally had to come back twice because of defective product. The least you could do is be nice instead of acting Like it's my fault that your product didn't work. Funny that when I got the new one, it worked. You need to work on your customer service I felt the need to check the product before leaving to make sure it worked and she thought she would yell at me in the parking lot . Well if u weren't so rude I probably wouldn't have felt the need to check it on camera so you couldn't call me a liar .. thanks Maggie I believe that's your name for my very first horrible experience and I hope your never working when I go in agian!

I walked into this dispensary carrying more weight than I can put into words. I was there to find products for my husband, who is battling cancer, and I was exhausted, scared, and running on empty. For the first time in what feels like forever, I felt hope again. In just 15 minutes, Tyler did more for my emotional well-being than any doctor or counselor we’ve seen. Doctors get paid big bucks for what he gave us freely compassion, understanding, and reassurance. Because of him, I was finally able to smile, relax my shoulders, and take a real breath. This experience wasn’t just about cannabis it was about care. Tyler reminded me that we’re not alone in this fight, and that alone is priceless. I will never forget the impact he made on our lives.
